Dance fitness is a type of group exercise class, which incorporates many forms of dance. It's a full body aerobic workout, divided into different tracks that provide peaks and troughs of intensity. The overall intensity of a class varies depending on the style you're doing.

Our Dance fitness classes offer a relaxed environment where you can really let your inhibitions go, get the results you want, learn some sassy moves and meet some great people along the way.

In our Dance fitness classes, we combine fitness exercises and different kind of dance styles like Zumba, Basic Aerobics, Latin-American dance and others.

Salsa workout

Our Salsa Dance Workout class in Manchester is a fun way to learn one of the most popular forms of social Latin dance in the world. Salsa Dance Workout is a high calorie burning dance-inspired workout. We will turn up the heat and learn a different kind of Salsa and Samba moves, which will be used in our dance combinations. Latin rhythms make everyone smile and somehow our bodies start to move automatically when we hear them. That's why we want to offer you that amazing feeling and dance together using hottest Latin moves.

Please note that as the class is a Fitness Workout and in a Studio with a Harlequin floor heeled and black soled shoes will not be permitted.
