Our Art Deco theatre was built way back in 1930, which presents certain challenges when providing equal access to our facilities for audiences and for performers. The good news is that we believe we've overcome all the main issues and we're confident that we can offer everyone a great evening, regardless of their access needs.

These are located on the second floor, conveniently between the theatre bar and the auditorium.
Our outside foyer has a wheelchair ramp, and the box office has low level counter space. Other floors are reached by lift, and there is level access from the side entrances of the auditorium.
The auditorium has space for up to ten wheelchair users with associated seating for their companions. Please see our Seating plan for further information. To make a booking please contact the box office directly.
Guide dogs are welcome in the auditorium and we'll be pleased to provide them with a water bowl on request.
We can provide these for suitable performances by special arrangement. Normally we need at least 2 weeks notice before a performance to prepare them. Please contact the box office to confirm a description is available for your chosen show before booking.
These may be available for some performances. To enquire about an audio description or large print programme please contact the box office.
If you have any comments to further improve things while you're with us, we'd be delighted to hear your views.
