The Management reserves the right to:

a) Refuse entry of and use on the premises of any camera or any form of audio or visual equipment.

b) Request the ticket holder to leave the premises and to take any appropriate measure to enforce such a request.

c) Delay entry of latecomers until a suitable break or interval in the performance/event.

d) Make any change whatsoever in the performance/event owing to any unforeseen or unavoidable cause.

e) Cancel or abandon the performance/event for reasons beyond its control without notice and without being liable to pay any compensations or damage whatsoever other than, at the management's discretion, a possible percentage or maximum refund to the ticket holder of the value of the ticket.

Ticket Discounts
Concessionary tickets prices, when available, will appear in brackets after the full price.
Where a concessionary price is shown for a show, it applies to the following groups - O.A.P, N.U.S, Unwaged, Under 16's.
Group Bookings - as individual shows for discounts.
All concession ticket holders may be asked for proof of age, nus card etc when arriving at the Theatre, or if booking in person, to produce relevant I.D at the box office. We always reserve the right to refuse concessionary ticket holders admission if I.D cannot be produced. All discounts subject to availability.

For some shows other Ticketing Agents are used. If this is the case then their contact details will be shown on the relevant page. Please note that some Agents apply a booking fee. Persons wishing to avoid the booking fee should book, where possible, either with The Dancehouse Theatre or The Library Theatre.

Ticket Exchanges
We will do our best to exchange tickets to an other performance, of the same event, if possible. We do require that tickets are returned to us, prior to the start of the show, we will then issue an exchange. The Dancehouse can not guarantee that ticket exchanges will possible for all shows. The Box Office Manager's decision is final.
